VCD-db Client Features

The VCD-db client is a Windows Application that connects to your existing VCD-db web.
The VCD-db client uses the SOAP protocol to exchange data.
VCD-db client requires the .NET framework to be installed.

With the VCD-db client you can logon to your account and do most of the procedures that
you would normally do on the web.
You can view all your movies, view movie details, manage loans and edit your wishlist.
All operations are updated in real time, just as you were making these actions via web-browser.

No additional ports need to be opened for the VCD-db client to work, since it uses SOAP messages
on the HTTP layer.

The VCD-db client is included in the VCD-db package, but can also be downloaded as a single application, to download, goto the download page and select the VCD-db client package.
